Move-Out Rental Property Refresh
This is a series of tasks aimed at restoring rental property to its original or an improved state before the tenant moves out. This helps ensure the property is in good condition for the next tenant and aids in securing the tenant's full Security Deposit. This includes fixing any minor damage like holes in the walls, broken fixtures, and more.
